How to Leave a Comment
To leave a comment, you will need to fill in your name, email address, and optionally your website address.
NAME: You can use your real name, a nickname, or any other moniker you would like. Please keep in mind that this is a respectful community and comments with inappropriate names will be deleted.
AVATAR: Would you like to add a picture (also known as an avatar) next to your comment to identify you? You can easily activate this feature by setting up your avatar on http://en.gravatar.com/. When you post here, your Gravatar image will automatically show up!
EMAIL ADDRESS: You can opt in to receive emails when someone responds to your comments or questions by entering your email address and checking the “Notify me of follow-up comments via email” checkbox under your comment. Please note that your email address will not be shown with your comment or shared with anyone.
WEBSITE: If you like, you can share your LEGO-related website, collection page, or blog by filling in this section. This is totally optional. If you fill in the box your name will be linked so that other readers can visit your site.
How to Edit a Comment
Unfortunately, WordPress does not have a feature to allow posted comments to be edited by the commenter, so check your message carefully before you submit it! If you already posted a comment and you absolutely must change it, you can email us at TheCollector@BringMeSolo.com and we will take care of it for you.
Spam Filtering
We take spam seriously and will delete it all. Occasionally a genuine comment will be caught by our spam filter. The most likely reason is using a word that spammers often use, triggering the filter. Some of these are obvious, others are more common words.
If your posted comment gets caught by the spam filter, you will see a notice stating that “Your comment is awaiting moderation.” Do not worry — your message is not deleted. It is just being held temporarily. We check comments regularly and will make sure the real ones get approved and the bad ones deleted.
